Every Chonky bag is handmade with love (and strong arms), so good things take a little time.
Your bag will be delivered within 15-20 days of placing your order. Since each piece is crafted by hand, this allows us to give every Chonky its moment.

We offer exchanges in case of a damaged or incorrect product.
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Unboxing video may be required for damage claims
