Refund & Exchange Policy
At Chonky, every bag is handmade with care, which means each piece is created specially for you. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preferences.
We only offer exchanges in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging in order to be eligible for an exchange. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or alterations will not qualify.
Customers are responsible for safely packing the item for return. If the returned product does not meet our exchange conditions, we reserve the right to decline the request.
Since all Chonky bags are handmade in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same design is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where an exchange is approved due to damage or defect, Chonky will guide you through the return process.
We do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed, as production begins shortly after purchase.
