Thank you for shopping with Chonky. Each Chonky bag is handmade with care, and because of this, we take time to prepare every order thoughtfully rather than mass-producing items.

All orders are delivered within 15–20 days from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes the time required to handcraft your bag as well as shipping and delivery. Since every piece is made by hand, slight variations and minor delays may occur, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can follow your package on its journey to you.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeline, delays can sometimes occur due to high order volumes, courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Chonky is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will always try our best to support you if an issue arises.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. Chonky is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
